We recently celebrated our daughter’s 9th birthday, and Danielle made it an absolutely memorable event. She went above and beyond from the moment we arrived-setting up the room, arranging balloons, decorating the cake table, and making sure everything looked perfect. With over 30 jumpers and 30+ parents attending, it could have easily been overwhelming, but Danielle took complete initiative and handled everything with the ease and talent of a professional decorator. We’ve celebrated parties at many different places before, but we have never had staff step in and take care of all the little (and big!) details-decorating tables, organizing food, setting up balloons, coordinating the space-without even being asked. Danielle took the lead naturally and made the entire setup smooth and Her kindness, leadership, and creativity truly stood out. Because of her, the party looked beautiful and ran seamlessly. Thank you, Danielle, for helping make our girl’s 9th birthday so special! I didn’t like the one in Kennesaw, the Alpharetta location is waaaayyyyyy better for its customer service (especially Chris and Aaniyah!! They make time to play hide and seek and building block games around the park with my 3 year old every visit) and also the Alpharetta location has a better floor layout design (more open spaces) and lastly the better music selection. I bought the month to month Gold plan membership for unlimited visits for $40 ($10 extra for guest to accompany) and unlike Catch Air this place truly is month to month (Catch Air’s so called “monthly plan” requires a minimum 6 months before you can cancel). This place is perfect for hot summers and cold weather months. The kids love mostly the zip-line, the slides and the XRSport court (digital “floor is lava” game is their #1).” Joy Strong September 2025 “WE ARE SATISFIED CUSTOMERS!!! This location hosted my son’s 16th birthday celebration and we couldn’t have been in better hands or at a nicer venue. We chose the Own the Park option. Danielle was the best point of contact for me!! She answered all my questions and relieved my concerns. I could tell she’s passionate about event planning and bringing my vision to life for my son’s special day! I appreciate how the staff stepped in to make our event seamless. They really cared and provided 5 star treatment for us and our guests. Everyone was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional! I’ll be back in a few months for my 7 year old’s party, guaranteed!! If you’re looking for a place filled with fun and a staff that knows how to provide amazing service and entertainment, then look no further. I just had my 6-year-old’s birthday party at Adventure Air in Alpharetta and WOW – I’m still smiling! From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of legendary. Danielle, the manager, went above and beyond in every way possible. Her customer service was truly 10/10 – warm, attentive, and so accommodating that she made the whole event feel effortless. Our host, Ren, was equally amazing! She made sure the kids had a blast, kept everything running smoothly, and treated our guests like family. The entire facility was spotless, organized, and so well set up. Everything was easy, friendly, and stress-free, which is exactly what every parent hopes for when throwing a party. The pricing was reasonable, the space was inviting, and most importantly, the team treated everyone with kindness and care. I can’t recommend Adventure Air enough – if you’re looking for a place to celebrate your child’s special day, THIS is it! Adults and definitely the kids will be entertained and safe the entire time they are there. The interactive games they have there truly amaze the kids. Not to mention the interaction between the young energetic staff members there, who seem to have as much fun, if not more fun playing with the kids. We held a birthday party for my 5 year old granddaughter there this past Saturday. The entire time we were gathered together for the party we had two of the most outstanding staff members right there with us. They carried absolutely everything up the stairs to the mezzanine level, set up the tables with table clothes, cups, plates, forks, napkins. Then they absolutely refused to let us serve ourselves. From pizza being handed out, pouring and refilling our drinks, even cutting the cake and passing the cake out to everyone. These two young people were absolutely amazing and put forth not just their best efforts. But went over and beyond to make sure we all had the best time and received an absolutely memorable experience at Adventure Air Sports. I highly recommend that anyone thinking about having a party there, to go ahead and book it now. If not for a party, then go up there to just enjoy everything they have to offer for a fun family experience 😊 ❤️. Oh yeah I almost forgot to mention this. Not only did our two servers attend to our every need while we were gathered together for the party. But they also cleaned up the entire mess off the tables. Then carried everything down the stairs, and out to my daughters and son In-law’s vehicle and loaded it all up.
